Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–6 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

During holidays, promotions, supplier delays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer than usual.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, most U.S. orders are delivered within 5–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier, fulfillment partner, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your order has been handed over to the carrier.

Delayed, Lost, or Stalled Packages

In rare cases, packages may take longer than the estimated delivery window or tracking may stop updating temporarily.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us. We will review the shipment status with the carrier or fulfillment partner and determine the appropriate next step.

Depending on the situation, this may include continued tracking support, a replacement, store credit, or a refund when applicable. Replacements and refunds are reviewed case by case and are not automatically guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to sender or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase only if they have not yet been processed, packed, forwarded to a fulfillment partner, or shipped.

Because we begin processing orders quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed, packed, forwarded to a fulfillment partner, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
