Cancellation or modification requests can only be accommodated before an order has entered processing or fulfillment and cannot be guaranteed.

Standard U.S. Shipping

Liventa offers standard shipping to eligible U.S. delivery areas.

Standard U.S. shipping rates and free-shipping eligibility may depend on order value, destination, and other applicable shipping conditions.

Free standard shipping promotions do not apply to Extended U.S. destinations unless specifically stated at checkout.

Extended U.S. Shipping

Separate Extended U.S. shipping rates apply to certain remote destinations, including:

• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• American Samoa

Extended U.S. shipping rates may vary based on destination, order value, package size, weight, fulfillment requirements, and other shipping factors.

Available shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.

International Shipping

Liventa may offer shipping to select international destinations.

International shipping availability may be introduced, expanded, limited, or changed depending on destination, product eligibility, fulfillment availability, carrier service, shipping costs, customs requirements, local regulations, and other operational considerations.

The destinations and shipping options available during checkout represent the locations currently available for ordering.

We do not guarantee delivery to any country or region unless a valid shipping option is displayed during checkout.

Third-Party Fulfillment

Orders may be fulfilled or shipped through third-party suppliers, fulfillment partners, carriers, or service providers.

Products within the same order may originate from different fulfillment locations and may arrive in separate packages or at different times.

Shipping availability may also vary by product and destination.

Shipping Cost Adjustments

Liventa is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Liventa.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of the products purchased from Liventa and is not responsible for fulfilling transactions between you and Liventa.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising directly from purchases and transactions made with Liventa.
