Thank you for shopping with Liventa. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you when available.

How to Track Your Order

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If your tracking link is available, it may direct you to the carrier’s website, the Shopify order status page, or another tracking page provided by the carrier or fulfillment partner.

Tracking Updates

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been handed over to the carrier. Tracking may not update immediately after the shipping confirmation email is sent.

Tracking availability and update frequency may vary depending on the carrier, fulfillment partner, shipping method, destination, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

If You Have Not Received Tracking Information

Orders are typically processed before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days after placing your order, please contact us at liventa.cs@gmail.com.

To help us locate your order faster, please include your order number and the email address used at checkout when contacting us.

If Tracking Has Not Updated

In some cases, tracking may stop updating temporarily while a package is in transit or waiting for the next carrier scan.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us. We will review the shipment status with the carrier or fulfillment partner and help determine the appropriate next step.

If Your Package Shows Delivered

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check your mailbox, front door, porch, package room, building office, household members, neighbors, or local carrier.

We will do our best to help review the situation, but we are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. Resolution options may vary depending on the carrier, fulfillment partner, and order details.
